In 2019, my wife Deb and I decided to combine our skills and passion to create a new kind of wellness center. iCRYO Port St. Lucie is focused on anti-aging tools, maintaining wellness, preventing disease, treating pain and inflammation without drugs, achieving weight loss goals, and enhancing beauty using non-invasive methods. These techniques are as effective, if not more so, than traditional treatments—and they come with absolutely no side effects.

A Personal Journey to Natural Healing
After a 28-year career in the pharmaceutical industry, working on research, development, and commercialization of new products, I began exploring innovative wellness modalities like infrared saunas, photobiomodulation (PBM), pulsed electromagnetic field therapies (PEMF), and whole-body cryotherapy (WBC). These tools amazed me with their ability to help the body heal, recover, and maintain wellness while preventing disease.
This journey became deeply personal after I lost my mother to the opioid epidemic, as she was overprescribed morphine for pain management. Deb and I had already chosen to pursue a healthy lifestyle, and these therapies aligned perfectly with our goals, offering natural ways to enhance wellness and support the body's natural healing processes.
Deb's Fitness Legacy
Deb's fitness journey began at 17 when she used exercise to overcome asthma. She later became a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and eventually a Pilates master trainer, even modeling for QVC for over 20 years. Her passion for fitness and her dedication to helping others achieve their goals inspired the heart of our wellness center.
